Select a card format to load the workbench. These are nominal card dimensions, not sleeve inner dimensions. Game editions may differ: measure your own card before buying.

Buy enough. Waste less.
Combine decks that use the same sleeve model and size. Keep each deck consistent. Enter additional deck counts separated by commas.
Minimum pack count for one pack option. Taxes, shipping and alternative pack combinations are not included.
Will it fit the box?
Uses the combined card count above. Film thickness is per face; two faces are added for each sleeve.
Model: count × (card + 2 × total film thickness). Displayed range adds 0–20% for illustrative air/seam allowance, not a measured confidence interval. Width, dividers and tray shape require a physical check.
A better fit starts here.
Measure first
Measure several cards and confirm whether the sleeve label means inner size, outer size or card size.
Test one sleeve
Check the corners and insertion resistance before sleeving an entire deck. Never force the card.
Check the box
Seams, air and dividers affect storage. Treat modelled stack height as a planning estimate.
Will a 66 × 91 sleeve fit a 63 × 88 card?
First check whether the label describes outer sleeve size or recommended card size. Subtracting card dimensions from outer dimensions does not reveal internal clearance. Enter measured or assumed inner dimensions here, then confirm the exact product using manufacturer guidance and a sample fit.
What if card sleeves are too tight?
Do not force the card. Check width, height, corners and seams, then test a slightly roomier sleeve. Manufacturing tolerances vary. Positive geometric clearance cannot predict insertion resistance or shuffle feel.
How should I choose material and thickness?
Check manufacturer statements about material, PVC and acid content. Thicker film increases deck volume; matte and glossy surfaces affect feel and readability. A micron rating alone does not guarantee protection or shuffle performance.
How does double sleeving work?
The actual outside dimensions of the inner-sleeved card must fit inside the outer sleeve. Card dimensions alone cannot establish double-sleeve compatibility. Check opening direction, seams and trapped air, and never force insertion.
How is a calculation different from verification?
This independent tool calculates from your inputs. Physical fit tests, manufacturer compatibility, inner-size calculations and unknown inner sizes are different evidence levels. The library currently contains card-format presets, not a verified product database.
